Qualification: - MBA/PGDBM - Marketing

Experience: - 7-10 Year

Salary: - 7 to 9 lakh / Year

Exposure; wire / cable / wire harness industry preferred

Role & Responsibilities:

• Meeting yearly targets on sales and collection
• Maintain effective customer relationship
• Penetrate through new accounts
• Coordinate with other functions like production / Quality / R&D

·        Ensure professional and ethical conduct of team members

·        Abide by companies and clients Information Security policies

·        Participation in Trade shows for sales promotion

Profile:

Ideal candidates should be:

·        Experience in direct OEM sales of cable / wire harness to White Goods / Auto industry

·        Min 5 year relevant experience

·        Should be familiar with the Indian and International quality standards & business practices

·        Should possess excellent English written & communication skills,

·        Ability to work well in and promote a team environment

·        High integrity, responsive to customers, persuasive, excellent communications skills

·        Should be familiar with ISO 9001:2015 QMS and ISO 14001: 2015 EMS Systems

·        Graduate, preference to MBA in Sales in Marketing
