3. Quality Engineer
Role and Responsibilities
· The Quality engineer is responsible for implementing and maintaining the QAP, defining QAP responsibilities, and translating the responsibilities into daily activities.
· Quality Engineer to make Quality Assurance plan (QAP) for incoming material inspection. To ensure that the quality of incoming materials is as standards, technical and special characteristics requirements are met as per ordered.
· Ensuring that Project quality Plan and procedures are activated at site.
· Performing inspections of installations when advised by construction-in-charges/site Supervisors.
· Develop and maintain inspection procedures and techniques, throughout the construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning stages.
· Maintain accurate and calibrated inspection tools and equipment for consistent measurements of operation of the inspection and testing system Design,.
· Fire protection systems should be inspected and tested after they are installed, replaced, or repaired .Operability is verified before the fire protection system is placed into service .
