1.Regional Manager( State Head)-Delhi(House Wires) Location: To be based at HO (New Delhi) No. of Position Vacant: 01 Salary : As per Industry Norms.(Suitable hike on his current CTC) ( Max upto 8LPA • Job Description / Responsibilities:  Prepare the marketing plan for Delhi.  Development of customer base of distributors &dealers for house wires in Delhi.  Continuous interaction and build relationship with clients.  Generate sales.  Follow up and Realization of payment.  Submission of sales report (MIS) on regular basis. • Desired profile of the candidate:  Graduate and above (Engineering/MBA graduates will be preferred).  Below 40 years  Minimum 7 years of experience in the cables industry and atleast 5 years experience in dealing with House Wires.  Industry – Tiles, Electrical, Building Material and Sanitary wares.  Geographical knowledge – Has at least basic geographical knowledge of key markets in the territory  Experience of working with B2C brands and understanding of complete ecosystem  Ability to pick up the Dos and Don’ts of the industry.  Financial acquaintance to make quick decisions  Candidates who have to ability to lead the team will only be considered).  Own Conveyance preferable.  Good communication and interpersonal skills.  Proficient in MS Office. 2.Executive/Sr. Executive (Q.A) Age Group: 22 ~ 25 yrs Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical Engg) Salary: 4-5 LCTC P.A Skill set 1. Good analysis skills of defects – in house failures & customer claims 2. Performing Root Cause analysis by utilise of 7 QC tools 3.
