Essential Duties & Responsibilities:-

      Would have to set up the target for the entire zone based on the vehicular data available.

      Would be completely responsible for achievement of 100% volume and Cash profit targets of the zone.

      Would have to monitor visits of the area managers’ to the retail market and mechanics to build awareness on company’s product range and guide according to the market situation.

      Would ensure zonal activity calendar for all demand generation and promotional activities  e.g Retailers’ Meet, Mechanics Meet, Spot Campaigns, Van Campaigns , Road Shows, Exhibition etc with inputs from individual area managers and the zonal service engineer.

      Would have to analyse the market situation and coordinate with the HO marketing team to introduce effective schemes for higher, incremental sales.

      Ensure target achievement of all stockists/distributors monthly, quarterly and yearly through regular performance reviews of individual areas under him.

      Would have to ensure that the credit policies of the company are adhered to by the stockists and maintain zero overdue/ bad debt throughout.
