 Sales Planning and Forecasting for Delhi NCR Region

Preparing sales budget

Finalising sales budget and preparing sales policy for every customer accordingly.

Motivating and supporting customers to meet the sales target

Designing sales promotion strategy and budget. Designing sales promotion schemes within the budget.

Product Exposure: Sheet Metal/Forging /Machining/Shockers

Client Handle: Existing Client-Hero/Honda
