planning – from ground zero upwards – for promotion of ethical products /
brands to medical professionals including Allopathic, Ayurvedic and Registered
Medical practioners.
Execution of the market plans through reporting executives /
medical representatives including development of systemic controls for
effective measurement of their working and output
Budget management and cost controls
Brand
management – Pharma /Ayurvedic / Herbal products exposure/FMCG
Planning and execution of promotional activities, team leadership,
supervision, liaison and co ordination.
IT skills in MS office – word, excel, power point and basic
discipline of working in an integrated ERP environment.
Work
Experience
About 10 years of work experience in Indian / Multinational pharmaceutical
marketing companies including detailed exposure / hands-on working in the
following positions
Medico marketing at ground zero / field level.
Customer identification processes
Recruitment, training, deployment and development of field, training
and administration employees.
Sales management systems and controls
Strategizing and implementing marketing strategies and promotional
campaigns
