Indicative Responsibilities:
1.Plan and execute various digital campaigns to maximize reach and recall.
2. Maximize "Content Marketing" and intellectual presence in various online forums.
3. Maximize SMM and ensure consistent increase in followers on LI, YouTube.
4. Ensure First page ranking for specific defined keywords using SEO (by coordinating with the SEO agency).
5. Identify various innovative digital campaigns to promote specific offerings of XLPro and initiate them

4. Sr. Engineer (Project)
Role and Responsibilities
·         Follow up  with client for site related activity
·          Fire Hydrant system, sprinkler system, Fire alarm system, water curtain system, Pump House, Gas suppression, installation, Commissioning & Testing.
·         Knowledge of programming and graphics building of Siemens, Morley, Notifier, LAST-3, Ravel etc.
·         Providing training to client & staff at the time of handing over.
·         To ensure site completion within stipulated time as per bar chart.
·         Preparation of measurement sheets duly signed by clients.
·         Handling manpower of labor contractor
·         Follow the quality & Safety norms at site.
·         Communicating with the HOD regarding the issues and developments at the site.
·         Preparation of MRN  as per the requirement
·         Preparation of Handing over documents and submittals.
·         Site survey, following with client for site related activity. Make material requirement note, technical support of engineering & purchase team, installation, commissioning, testing, training & and prepare handing over document for fire alarm and fire protection system.

Role and Responsibilities
To provide BOQ to Estimation Department for new enquiry, after making design on the drawings received from client, for preparing OFFER;
To Prepare BOQ and Specifications verified from Reporting Manager, before sending it to 
Estimation Department;
After receipt of Purchase Order, Collection of plant drawings and all relevant information from 
Client, if required do site visit and collect full information.
After collecting complete information of any project, start designing and drawing the proposed 
Scheme on the layout and get the same certified from Senior;
For approval of drawings send one copy to client via mail in PDF or hard copy.
All submission through email shall be in PDF format only, unless and until it has been advised by senior Provide the drawing layouts to concerned Engineers, contractors as and when required in hard copy. 
To prepare Billable and Non-Billable BOQ for each and every new project, based on that MRN to be released from projects team;
Communication with clients if and when required with clarity;
To prepare As-Built Drawings after completion of project as and when required;
