Fields we require consultancy in are as following:

1. Water Repellent Technology: Mainly Chinese/Koreans/ Taiwanese/ Japanese companies are producing the same. 

2. Flame Retardants: China and some European companies are active in producing this technology

3. Textile Auxiliaries: India, China and Taiwan are very active in this technology. 

4. Polyurethane: Solvent based and Water Based - China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan and some European nations are producing the same. 

We will need experts as R&D/ Product Development roles to be able to produce these technologies in India for BR Specialties. 

There is no CTC as fixed for these profiles as these are niche profiles. Payouts will depend on whether the person is ready to come as a consultant, full time R&D or just one time technology transfer.
