Qualification: MBA( HR)
Experience: No Min Exp
Salary: 3 to 4.2 lakh CTC/annum
Location: GTB Nagar, Delhi

Key Job Duties:
a)Working with HR Department to plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
b)Talent Acquisition – Talent Recruitment, Talent Building, Talent Retention; also working on recruitment processes and evaluation parameters
c)Working on and communication HR Policies; understanding and adhering to all pertinent labour laws and other relevant government acts and requirements
d) Coordinating work activities between different departments
e) Ensuring proper level of employee engagement through various initiatives and activities; promoting a positive and open working environment; conflict management/resolution
f) Being familiar with the PMS (Performance Management System) and updating KRAs and KPIs on quarterly basis as well framing new KRAs and KPIs when necessary
g) Working on payroll management and preparing salary sheets
h) Framing and updating job descriptions for positions in the organisation
i) Working on employee branding and space branding; also, taking initiatives to help
employees with their soft skills’ development
j) Keeping current employee data handy along with their documents and updating them whenever necessary
Additional Skills Required:
a) Comfortable working in a highly visible role
b) Good analytical and problem-solving skills
c) Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic and personable
d) Comfortable with using  MS Office Tools and mailing
e) Good communication skills and well-versed in English
f) Basic understanding and knowledge of HR concepts and tools
