Sal:- 15 to 20  lacs ctc/ Annum

Daily Job requirement details -

1.Overall responsibility for WHITE's day-to-day manufacturing operations including customer satisfaction, manufacturing, most of our people, and profitability

2.Maintain effective customer senior relationships  globally

3.Maintain a hands-on focus on manufacturing operations.

4.Deliver customer orders to meet specifications, quality , cost, timelines and customer satisfaction objectives

5.Manage designated management, supervisory, staff and labour employees Responsible for the following functions: Manufacturing including Quality, Product Development and Administration

6.Responsible for supply chain and effective supplier relationships

Support the Finance and lT functions reporting to the MD

Achieve revenue and profitability targets

7.Ensure compliance with regulatory, product and process certification requirements Continually improve all business processes

8.Ensure retention, growth and employee satisfaction of our people, including compliance
