Position:- HEAD
HR
Salary: 9 to 10 CTC LPA
Job Location: Nariana (Delhi)
Purpose of the job:
To lead and manage HR
function in a multi- business company and be responsible for end-to-end
HR activities for the
Company PAN India.
Nature of the job:
The jobholder will be
responsible for managing 500 + employees with required subordinates
reporting to him/her.
Should be able to partner with business /Division Heads and play a
Strategic
HR role.
The jobholder is
responsible for the entire gamut of HR systems (including policies &
processes) for
the business. The
jobholder is empowered to make decisions, in consultation with the top
management, on all
aspects of HR practices and policies. The jobholder will develop and
maintain
close relationships
with the Heads of various divisions to ensure consistency in strategy, policies
and processes.
Job Requirement:
Should be MBA with
12-15 Years of relevant experience in the field of HR
Strategic thinking and
high result orientation.
Excellent Leadership
skills and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication
skills.
Good analytical ability
and eye for details.
Proactive and High
energy.
Creative/ innovative
thinking and conceptualization skills.
Computer knowledge
(Excel, Word, Power point), SAP exposure would be an added advantage.
Principal
Accountabilities:
To identify talent gaps
in the organization & build talent pipelines to ensure continuity &
smooth
operations &
ensuring closure of key positions.
Direct the divisional
implementation of talent management strategies, policies and standards
that
provide a competitive
level of developing talent and motivation for employees.
Provide necessary
information to the Business Partners, HR Generalists, and HR Operations
to
enable them to execute
on talent management strategies, policies and standards.
Work with HR and other
training partners on delivery strategies
Partner with Talent
Acquisition to manage an internal executive placement process that will
drive
the ability to optimize
executive talent across the enterprise driving an increase in internal
promotional hiring and
yielding an ability to build a leadership pipeline to leverage for
senior-level
positions.
Work collaboratively
with internal stakeholders to identify and analyze divisional talent
development needs;
analyze strategic factors affecting those needs; work with Centers of
Excellence leaders to
design and develop solutions, and evaluate their impact to drive business
performance and
increase leadership capabilities (e.g. Learning, Performance Management
&
Succession Planning).
