1.       Position:- Zonal Sales Manager (Delhi/Banglore/Mumbai)

Salary: 9-11 CTC LPA

Job Location: Nariana ( Delhi)

Interview Location: Nariana (Delhi)

Reports to:National Sales Manager / Business Head 

Direct Reports: 5-6 team of ASM and RSMs

Person Requirements:

Should be MBA with about 10 years of relevant experience

Strategic thinking and high result orientation.

Excellent Leadership skills and interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Good analytical ability and eye for details.

Proactive and High energy.

Creative/ innovative thinking and conceptualization skills.

Computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Power point), ERP exposure would be an added advantage. 

: 

1. Drive identified Initiatives in the Zone to achieve the overall customer reach and sales objectives 

 Identify & effectively implement Major and Key initiatives at zonal level in the areas of Market 

Development, Distribution expansion & Sales Operation
