Role & Responsibilities:

  • Design, development and testing of special application cables, thermal equipment and Wire Harness-as per ISO 9001: 2015
  • Design verification and validation process
  • Prototyping, testing and design reviews
  • Test plan, BOM and technical documents generation
  • Costings and process cost estimations
  • Suggest product redesigns to optimize production costs
  • Participate in customer discussions with global partners and actual users
  • Suggest changes to production processes, machines procurement and operation to facilitate/ improve new product manufacturing.

Profile:

Ideal candidates should be:
                                                                                                      
·       First class Electrical/ E&C Engineer from tier 1 or 2 institution
·       Minimum 3 years’ experience of design, development, product engineering and testing in cable industry
·       Working experience in ISO9001: 2015 environment
·       Strong exposure to product and process quality measurement and improvement
·       Good computer usage skills- preferably with exposure to design & drawing software
